Dreamt abt world war

The thought of it scares me. To see my own mom shot,that kind of pain triggers me so real and sad. Couldnt explain how to feel next. Recently have been dreaming about wars,natural disasters. So much that i couldnt even remember. Was it due to the big change in work? Was i really affected by whats gonna happen? I couldnt figure out. I thought i wasnt affected, but my dreams interpretation tells me that i was.
